This site was originally an HTML 4 table based template that has been upgraded by Toxic Web to be coded in XHTML strict and laid out/styled with CSS in a two column - menu in the right hand column, content in the left - plus header -logo and navigation - & footer design.

It underwent a major rehaul in 2007. With the addition of new article material and some layout and design changes.
