This site was originally an html 4 table based template that has been upgraded by Toxic Web to be coded in xhtml strict and laid out/styled with css in a two column – menu in the right hand column, content in the left – plus header -logo and navigation – & footer design.

It underwent a major rehaul in 2007. With the addition of new article material and some layout and design changes.
