...on the future. We'll no longer see the disconsolate duck jumping out of the way of blocking shots for England.
...will someone please tell Spurs. Away to Southampton, Spurs were at it again. A one half performance leading to hanging on at the end and being grateful to come away with the victory and three points.
...through Spurs. You could visible see all the hatred the Spurs' players feel for Andre Villas-Boas during the 90 minutes, plus “insulting” time added on, at Old Trafford on Saturday evening.
...thanks. The hapless dolt of a defender has done England proud by helping remove former manager Fabio Capello and now former England captain John Terry.
...according to the 'experts'. The reaction from certain quarters to England hanging on for a draw in their Euro 2012 opener against a poor French team was quite predictable.
...?????!!! Poor old Rio Ferdinand, he took to Twitter yesterday to post that, bet he couldn't have look more like a disconsolate duck at the time. Here are those footballing reasons why he shouldn't be in the squad.
...or has he played a clever game? I've been struggling to figure out what Roy Hodgson is playing at since his squad for the forthcoming Euros was announced.
...scripts. Hours after being found unanimously not guilty of tax evasion charges Fabio Capello chucks the dummy and walks out of the England job.
...England's cause? Could the alleged racial abuse he received from John Terry help England by removing Terry and Ferdinand's brother, Rio?
...Fabio game. Against a team that wasn't even mediocre Fabio's side put in a performance that provides a win but won't excite anyone bar the delusional.
...tired. Yet again the tired old excuse is dug up by an England manager who has just witnessed another inept display by players he has picked as England struggle to draw with Switzerland in the Euro 2012 qualifier.
...substitution. One scumbag who has played a full part in past failures, Terry, regains the captain's armband from another scumbag who has played a full part in past failures, Ferdinand.
...it was only England after all. Not only that it's still a Fabio led England, with much of the same dead wood hanging onto their places as competed with France during the World Cup for the worst team on show.
...of a referee. And we all knew when we saw he was going to be the ref for Spurs' away trip to ManUre that it would all end in tears as he became the centre off attention for something not in Spurs' favour.
...to England. The fact he's been captain for a couple of months and two who games means we won't miss his leadership and the form he's shown over this injury prone season and the last few years for England, means he shouldn't be missed as much as some would have us believe.
