Shepherds Bush Empire saw the last European date of this leg of Neko Case’s “Fox Confessor Brings The Flood” tour last Wednesday (May 24th) – more dates have been added for the US and Canada – and they put on a great show.
Only managed a small video clip of the opening track of the night “Favorite” before was stopped by a goon, don’t know an “Access All Areas” pass gets you nowt these days.
And only a few pics of JR trying to hide from the camera, was a bit busy chatting and catching up and kinda forgot to take more. Saying that they weren’t half getting rushed to pack up at the end so had little time. Didn’t envy them the flight to Washington state the next day for the Sasquatch festival.
Hopefully won’t have to wait another 3 years before they return to these shores, even though it was worth the wait.
