…yeah there’s no “one more year” anymore the Bambino abandoned us and the curse was laid to rest but that didn’t kill the rivalry no that was kept alive by those scenes in our back yard last year.
We don’t want to see that, or those in St. Louis, happen again.
So here’s to another 86 years.
Still don’t know why they didn’t get a replacement for Bernie Williams, he looks far to lightweight and an easy out these days.
But we got the “Big Unit” and he didn’t join the Yanks to be second best.
